Built on a
simple premise
Businesses operating across borders need partners who understand both the big picture and the fine print.
Headquartered in Sharjah's SPC Free Zone, we operate at the crossroads of international trade, strategic consulting, technology, and digital innovation. Our team brings decades of combined experience across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
We started with commodity trading and management advisory — helping companies navigate cross-border transactions and enter new markets. As our clients' needs evolved, so did we. IT consulting came next, followed by a full software engineering capability including blockchain and cybersecurity.
Today, our four business lines work in concert. A trading client might need a digital platform. A consulting engagement might uncover an infrastructure gap. The ability to deliver across disciplines — under one roof — is what sets us apart.
How we got here
Our journey
Founded in Sharjah SPC Free Zone as a commodity trading and advisory firm.
Expanded into management consulting, serving clients entering the Gulf market.
Opened operations in the Netherlands and Nepal. Launched IT consulting practice.
Added software development and blockchain engineering to the portfolio.
